pleasant, timely cut.....no upsell
This was by far the worst haircut I have received from Sportclips. My preferences were not correct on the print out the stylist printed. And my instructions apparently were not understood. I am going to need another haircut in a week. I understand that my person may have been new. Also, I had attempted to go the previous day and had signed in online. Upon arrival my name was nowhere to be found on the board. When I checked the app it said my service had started.. apparently someone took my place in line. This is my 1st negative experience at this location, but I don't know if I will return.
Great reasonably priced. Super friendly staff. My stylist Spryng was great.

I don’t even like watching sports but I will gladly endure it for a great haircut from Chelsea, who consistently does a stellar job of it.
The wait time changed upon my arrival. I received a text message that I was on deck and to return to store. When I arrived the monitor in store changed to 25 min. Wait.
I get it. It happens. But these are the things that can drive customers away for good.

Very pleased with my cut and beard trim. Adelina made sure it was perfect. We started chatting after my cut and she kept looking at my beard and kept making adjustments to get it just perfect. Her attention to detail is second to none and I recommend her highly. She’s very busy with clients so make sure to check in prior to getting there.
