this is the worst hair cut I've ever had. I think the person cutting my hair was more interested in what was going on in the waiting area. I was asked if the cut was ok, I said "I can't tell my hair is wet, could you dry my hair"? The person turned the hair drier on for about 5 seconds on the right side of my head, I ask again if she would dry my hair, again 5 - 6 seconds on the right side of my head. I left shop with wet hair and bad haircut. When I got home, I dried my hair and saw the hair on my right side closest to my ear was longer than the hair above. The only good thing about this
visit is my hair will grow back.

My first experience with sports clips was not good. The hairdresser could not cut my hair correctly. However, they offered me a free haircut. I came back and gave it a try again. What a difference. This hairdresser knew exactly what to do. Cut it correctly. Even offered me some advice which was very helpful. And then I got a chair massage and a warm towel on my face and a shampoo. Apparently, this was supposed to be included in my first haircut, which I never got. They redeemed themselves

Really excellent and Shannon excellent barber. Been going for years. I buy John Paul Mitchell Systems Shampoo especially Lavender Mint are really good - used for years and got away from lousy national brands like VO. JPMSS really does make hair feel better - don't know if I can say it feels silky but it does brush better and feels better. So, for someone like me who will be 84 this December it's tough to admit, but it's true, that a shampoo is so good I'd pay a lot more for it.
