Just something new this visit. The hair technician was fine....new to me and did a good cut. However, I was up charged $5 besides the normal cut of $23. I was not aware of this when I sat down and actually didn't notice until after I paid. I paid it but notice should be given if providing a service outside my normal cut. To my knowledge it was the same cut/service I have received on all my prior visits.
Mike gave me a great cut. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen.
