Service
I like the atmosphere along with the shampoo. My haircut is just as I like it.
Everyone is very polite and friendly.
Good service. Clean shop. Reasonable pricing.
Almost no waiting, quick good service
Pretty consistent services among your many stylists. Your products are of good quality as well.
Professional and always a short wait.
I like that Linette is very friendly.
Savanah is great with my son. He is very selective with ASD and she has been excellent at helping him be comfortable with getting his haircut and not using electric clippers. It helps that the storefront is also geared towards men.
Alexis is fantastic and listens to my needs and asks questions to ensure I get a great cut.
Terrific haircut.
friendly staff, easy check in process and great service
I like both the hair products and the service.
Appointment in line up.
Nataliya is the Best!
Professional, Clean, Fast, Reliable service
I am disappointed that my hair was not cut according to my profile. The lady was very polite.
Nataliya gave me a wonderful haircut. I'm new to the area and finally found my stylist.
Thank you Nataliya.
Great experience overall. Liz did a wonderful job as always!
Fantastic help and wonderful service! Thank you very much Ron!!! My son was so happy with his back to school hair cut! Ron is extremely talented!
Great service and friendly staff!
i don't appreciate that after being charged 26$ for a basic hair cut, I am given the choice of tips starting from 8$. That's nuts! I changed it to 5$ and I still think that's also nuts. Forcing people to feel obligated on tipping is a disgusting way to syphon money from clients. I
I know you'll not change this money making scheme of guilting people into paying more but know that I have alternatives and I will act on them.
There have been a few times I've paid for my son to get the full treatment and they always forget the hot towel and massage but still try to charge me for it
My son had Alexis and she was so friendly and delightful. Her haircut was perfect but her personality made for such a wonderful visit. We’ll be back!
