Stephanie is a very attentive and caring person.
After having received a pretty bad haircut, the manager Michelle contacted me and arranged for a different stylist to fix my hair at no charge. Sports Clips did the right thing and did it with apologies. I think that is all that a person can ask if a mistake is made. I have been getting my hair cut here for five years and will continue to do so. By the way Crystal is a great stylist.

Hi Again. The problem I keep having is that I cannot get a consistently good haircut. The young lady who cut my hair yesterday was super nice, but she seemed way over her head whenit came to giving me a scissors cut. My hair is a chopped up mess right now. I have no wish to get this very nice yung woman in trouble, so is there some way I can come in and get this fixed? Normally my stylist is Mel, but I really needed a haircut so I tried someone new yesterday.

So I’ve had two hair cuts in two weeks. First time by Amanda very disappointed didn’t cut enough of and uneven. So I went back yesterday and Omar did my hair much better job. Bot time I bought products and a good tip. So I got $110 in haircuts in two weeks. Too much for the service I was provided
