Client Testimonials
Jennie did a great job with my hair and the MVP service was very enjoyable.
Nice environment. Great service.
The accommodation is good. The receptionist and employee (Jennie) did a great job. The hairstyle suits me (according to friends) in my own opinion. For a first time client in Sport Clips, I expected the best service I can get; and they did it well. Thumbs up!
Great cut by Jennie. Friendly staff.
Very friendly staff with good service
They make each client feel very special no matter what age. My Grandson loves the attention to his wants and needs. He has had the steam treatment and feels great after.
Free haircut for me and friends. Mimi was great. Good prices and extras. T.V.s. Location.
Joanne is a amazing hair stylist
Awesome staff that are patient and skilled.
all around great service and I love the massage chairs. why not spoil your self once every couple of months and I do recommend you all the time.
Yes i love getting my hair cut with sports clips would use your products if i need them
Longer messages....
Jennie was friendly and outgoing. I will be coming back.
I loved MiMi and her attitude with my 4 years old son she was very professional
The hair dressers are very friendly and understand what your hair needs (such as...) a 0.5 off the sides or a certain problem with your hair like dry scalp. Sports Clips is the best place to get a haircut because you can also get an MVP haircut which is the best thing ever
Good job keep it up. Only issues is mobile check in like great clips with mobile app would be ideal. Plus, try getting all workers with similar skills as some newer ones are making really big mistakes that even experienced managers are agreeing with.
VIP is great
GREAT!!!!
Highly capable and friendly staff
The stylist that looks after me is one of the few I've found who can cut my hair properly. I always ask and/or wait for her.
I always wait for Joanne at the POrt Coquitlam shop. She is friendly, does a great job and probably the best V I P .
Never leave without a V I P

Friendly service. Good haircuts. Clean and bright shop.
Friendly staff and good prices
I bring my son for a hair cu and he looks lovely :)) they store instructions which makes it so easy to explain what i want
Also like how they offer some free stuff as a promotion.
The friendly staff, great haircut and of course, the MVP treatment
I am picky about where I go for my hair and I kind of prefer the same person when I go somewhere. I found one of your staff to be my favorite. I just am too shy to specifically ask for that person so I accept haircuts from others. Luckily the others are almost as good so I have had consistent good service
Jennie was a fantastic person to get my haircut from. I was asked about exactly what I wanted, and when I mentioned that I was mostly concerned about the lowest maintenance possible, she went through options with me. I defaulted to what she thought was best (which is what I wanted), as it was a women's perspective, and I'm a man, so by default I'm probably wrong as to what looked better for my girlfriend. My girlfriend, and I were impressed and very satisfied. The entire time I felt engaged and that I was in good qualified hands. Jennie did mention plenty of products that may suit my hair care as I have thicker, stronger hair, and a beard. Working in the customer service industry I understand what it takes to achieve top notch customer service. You need to be good to great at your job/service, and actually care about a customer, their needs, and wants. I felt that Jennie has many good qualities that I can highly recommend to anyone looking for a proper experience. Thanks Jennie.
