Jennie was a fantastic person to get my haircut from. I was asked about exactly what I wanted, and when I mentioned that I was mostly concerned about the lowest maintenance possible, she went through options with me. I defaulted to what she thought was best (which is what I wanted), as it was a women's perspective, and I'm a man, so by default I'm probably wrong as to what looked better for my girlfriend. My girlfriend, and I were impressed and very satisfied. The entire time I felt engaged and that I was in good qualified hands. Jennie did mention plenty of products that may suit my hair care as I have thicker, stronger hair, and a beard. Working in the customer service industry I understand what it takes to achieve top notch customer service. You need to be good to great at your job/service, and actually care about a customer, their needs, and wants. I felt that Jennie has many good qualities that I can highly recommend to anyone looking for a proper experience. Thanks Jennie.

The accommodation is good. The receptionist and employee (Jennie) did a great job. The hairstyle suits me (according to friends) in my own opinion. For a first time client in Sport Clips, I expected the best service I can get; and they did it well. Thumbs up!

The hair dressers are very friendly and understand what your hair needs (such as...) a 0.5 off the sides or a certain problem with your hair like dry scalp. Sports Clips is the best place to get a haircut because you can also get an MVP haircut which is the best thing ever

Good job keep it up. Only issues is mobile check in like great clips with mobile app would be ideal. Plus, try getting all workers with similar skills as some newer ones are making really big mistakes that even experienced managers are agreeing with.
