Sarbie was fabulous . She took great care with my 9 year old son ensured she had a clear idea of the style he wanted to have. She also talked about where we needed to focus in order for him to get the style he wanted. We absolutely appreciated her attention to detail, customer service focus and feedback. Products are environmentally friendly and free of harsh chemicals (for sterilization). Services are great, especially the massages (vibrating chair while washing hair, shoulder, face and head)! 10/10!
The haircut cut was meticulous and to my satisfaction and my stylist, Sarbie, is very friendly, professional and explained what she was doing right throughout the whole process (I was a new VIP guest). Great experience!
