I like the check in online option but I found it confusing as I thought you could reserve a time. Now that I know how it works it’s no big deal but I thought that it wasn’t made clear.

Your services are amazing, mostly not even comparable, experiences never vary, are always consistently pleasant and staff are always kind. You only get a 9 because this email apparently was sent in the early am of before 5am. Thankfully I have my device muted but this automatic message was from Easter Canada probably Ontario I would imagine. Maybe an update to incorporate timezones in these automatic messages is important. Cheers

I really like the MVP treatment and the stylists are all really good. Jo who did my hair did another fantastic job. When she does my hair I get nice compliments from my friends.
