I liked the cleaning equipment and vacuum the worker used to clean my home. It was a much better vacuum for the stairs and rugs than what I have. So my rugs and home looked the cleanest it has looked in a long time . The worker was a good consistent time manager , so it was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the total experience of cleaning, but difficult to talk to anyone on the phone. No one was answering phone calls , so you left voice messages and they would get back to you two days later !! Very frustrating as one can not sit by the phone all day waiting for the office to call you back.
The day of the arranged cleaning day was early in the morning which was fine with me , but somehow they had to phone me about 3 times before I would know for sure if the worker was actually coming that day . They needed my credit card number that morning again in order for the worker to arrive at my home at the arranged time. At one point , I was unsure if anyone would show up . Confusing early morning , but once she was at my home the worker was very good and a good communicator .
I think the service is great but I wish there was a consistency week to week of who came into the home.

The cleaning is very thorough. Both Merry Maids have been personable, professional and very attentive to our specific requests. They have been on time and quick to start. They are self sufficient with all their own gear. While we have just started this service we look forward to a very long association with Merry Maids.

The cleaners do a good job cleaning the floors.
Because this is a weekly cottage rental property we are only up every two weeks to cut the grass while the Merry Maid staff are in the midst of cleaning so we haven’t seen the final result in order to make meaningful comment. Our best way to gauge is that we’ve had no tenant complaints. My husband is the one who cuts the grass and he did comment on how hard the Merry Maids staff were working and how pleasant they were. This is now the third summer season we’ve used Merry Maids and have been completely satisfied.
Never in the past thirty years here have I had such an amazing housecleaning service. I could not even begin to express my gratitude. The team provides a consistently superlative job. They are even more fussy than I am. Highly recommend Merry Maids. Signed a Happy Customer.
