Attended the free community event on Sunday with a couple of our friends as a little wellness double date :) Check in was a breeze, friendly greeted by front desk staff, who also happened to be our instructor, Elyse. She was so kind and welcoming from the moment we entered the studio. It was my fiancé and I’s first time there, we’ve done yoga in the past, but not heated. She reassured us that it wasn’t going to be too hot as it is tailored to more beginner friendly, and yes it was a great first experience! Temp was good, tolerable, her cuing and flow was perfect. Thank you, Elyse, for holding such a safe and brave space for everyone. We left feeling amazing and can’t wait to be back!

Quality instructors

I love how warm and welcoming the staff are, and how easy it is to access this studio (plenty of free parking very close by!). The studio is well-kept and clean, and I always enjoy my yoga sessions there.

My first experience and it was great. Loved the uptempo, the motivation and the workout.

excellent teachers, lots of classes offered, clean space, and friendly/supportive community. it feels like a reset after every practice =).

I have great workouts there. I would give it 10 but the cleanliness of the studio needs improvement. Mirrors are often dirty and I see dust on the ceiling.

It would be a 10 but Wednesday noon sculpt is so obnoxiously loud ( music and instructor) that it makes it a miserable experience even WITH earplugs, which should be offered. That same class is way over crowded and the numbers should be capped

Frequency of classes, they start early in the morning for us early risers that Peter out by the end of the day, so can’t get to an after work class, and gods teachers, clean, love the amenities.

Instructor was great, quality facilities, and awesome class.

The class was nice and easy to jump in. I also brought a guest who enjoyed it ad well.

I really like the studio. I’m from Vegas and the only thing I miss from Y6,yoga . The color changing effects throughout the class and the cold lavender towels after class ! Also during Chavasana they come by with a cool towel and wave over your face ! It’s a nice touch.

The teachers! They’re all so motivating it makes working out so much better
