Great instructors. Different classes to chose from. Each instructor has their own way of instructing the class so you get that variety do it not monotonous.

Our instructor, Aaron, was super helpful in teaching a somewhat beginner in breathing techniques (my weak spot), and helping both my boyfriend and I with our positioning and realignment. I really appreciated both his assistance and his enthusiasm for the practice. He was easy to understand, and was patient and an excellent teacher.

The staff is fantastic. The location and parking is concierge.

Clean studio and locker room and low-key environment where everyone is just there for themselves. Really think that yoga is beneficial on a lot of levels and like the way that it is shared in your classes!

I love the atmosphere at your classes. Perfectly matching music, lightning, no pressure, so that everyone is comfortable. Not every studio was able to achieve such effect, you made it best!

I get a great work out! Wish it were a little cheaper though for classes, so I could buy more often.

CPY has two very convenient locations to where I live (Kailua) and where I work (Kakaako). There are so many classes at so many times I can almost always fit something in to my hectic schedule. The instructors have all been fabulous. Yoga Sculpt is one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. Mahalo!

Friendly staff. The class variety and times are good. Tho I wish they would bring back the 8pm ( late evening) core 1 class.

Instructor sommer was very informative about the yoga sculpt 9am Friday class. In fact, I thought the class was full because everyone was spaced out in the studio.
She went in and discreetly asked the other yogis to make room since the studio can hold 50+. This was fabulous since I was going to leave and not attend the class.

Cleanliness and supplies (filtered water, wipes). If you could please ban shoes (wearing) in the locker rooms, it'd be much appreciated. There are people who take out sneakers from their bags in locker rooms and walk around in them, while the floor is moist or wet in areas near water (thus leaving black marks) --- highly unhygienic. That really defeats the purpose of taking off shoes at the studio entrance. Please consider this and keep up your good work!

It's a beautiful, clean environment to practice in. And the instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable!!
