This was my first time ever to take a Yoga class. My friend Christina Monaco Caldwell suggested I take it for my painful lower back and I am glad I did. I liked the room, the instructors, the music and soft light, making it more of an experience than just a regulary work out. My only negative was the maliferous odor coming from the site's yoga mats.

The atmosphere, cleanliness, and kind faces of the staff. It is very welcoming.

The teachers were all so welcoming and kind and friendly, itvwas such a nice environment to be in!

Everything is available in studio: mats, water, towel, locker room etc. Teachers are friendly and welcoming to new students. There is a variety of classes depending on what you're looking to get out of your practice.

It’s a great workout and you have classes late in the evening . Everyone is very friendly and that made it easy to start something that was difficult and new to me. But the number one reason I go is for Alexis who is the most amazing person and instructor! I only wish the class wasn’t so hot it’s a little hard for me in that kind of heat and not hard in a good way but almost to the point I may have to stop taking it.

I go to sculpt class and just love all the instructors. They are all great and keep me motivated to come back each time.
