Sarah’s class at Victoria ward park on Wednesdays at 6 are all I look forward to every week. She’s an inspiring and respectful instructor. I leave each class with a clearer mindset and feeling amazing. She deserves a raise but you can tell that she truly loves what she does.

After a hiatus due to scheduling and the pandemic, I was finally able to make it back to the mat after almost 3 years! As always, the staff and instructors of CPY Ward were amazing and so gracious. Excited to get back to it on a more regular basis :)

It's fun going every time having instructors who genuinely motivate me. It's nice to have dedicated teachers who guide me in the practice of self care 💆♀️
I love the teachers, they can really make the corepower yoga experience super awesome, at the same time be super bad.
I would suggest that all teachers become more energetically intune and physically engaged with the class. I find the teachers that makes me keep coming back to the studio are those who really engage with getting to know the students and engage in doing the moves with the students together.
There are occasionally some very "dry" teachers, who doesn't even start the class properly with setting the intention and the mood or some actually hardly do the moves together wtih the students, those classes are de-motivated and soon detract loyal customers like me. Keep auditing the class and to make sure the energetic and the teacher engagement components are there.
