the music is so great and the instructors get you excited to work out or calm down, whatever is needed depending on the class.

Is it possible to get notified when teachers change or are substituted? Some times I sign up for a specific class bc of the teacher and it’s very disappointing to show up and it’s a substitute.

One feels very welcomed the moment you walk into the reception area. Staff and members are so very nice. Instructors are very well trained/experienced. You seriously get a workout here!

I was AMAZED with one of the instructors, Victoria. She was so energetic, professional, organized, terminology went with the music, walked the room making sure everyone was doing the exercises correctly, had a smile on her face and actually had fun teaching.

I totally recommend this place!

I took the hot yoga class on the 17th of August at 9:30am. Not only was it my first yoga class ever (outside of YouTube videos lol) but it was my first hot yoga class as well. I really wanted to go out of my comfort zone because I do lots of Pilates and wanted to try something new. I did not feel intimated during class or defeated after class. I really got what I needed to & left feeling great. The overall environment, class and instructor went above my expectations & I really loved it! I will be returning and recommending the Ward location to friends. Thank you! :)

Maka's 6 am. C2 class was terrific. Her sequences are always exactly what my body'needs, I really appreciate how she incorporates Hawaiian culture into her practice through the intention she sets. I appreciate the care and effort she puts into her classes which inspires me to put forth my best effort throughout my day too.

Staff provides a welcoming environment for all yogis. Facilities are always clean.

It would be great if we could have more 3:45 weekday sculpt classes.

I really enjoy Corepower Yoga. I have been invited by a friend and since then I became a regular member that enjoys yoga classes. It helped me with my transition from letting go of anti depressant pill after I gave birth to a beautiful son. The transition has been great, I always encourage others to join. The community is very pleasant as well, here in CorePower Yoga Ward, Honolulu.

The instructors and good parking

The class is challenging but not intimidating, and the instructor is very encouraging and enthusiastic. Having the class outside is also very nice. This is the first yoga class that I've taken (outside of a couple of introductory classes elsewhere) and the vibes are great!

As always Theresa is one of the best yoga instructor along with Maka Gio Rachel and Tara. These group of awesome CPY instructors are the best in the island.
Though CPY Ward location is far from home I have to follow these good group of individuals wherever they go. Theresa is kind caring and an inspiration to many of us and always a pleasure to be on her class.

I travel a lot and go to different CPY location but these 5 CPY instructors are the cream of the crop and the best yoga instructors. My two kids are yoga instructors as well both live in the mainland and when they come to visit they look forward attending their classes too.

We missed this amazing 5 at Kahala CPY where they hardly had any schedule anymore. Something is wrong at Kahala CPY management ever since Christy took over and many of us are concerned why these good group of CPY instructor’s are leaving or hardly had class schedule. This concerns need to be addressed for many are seeking out other options on yoga studios in the islands.

I love Corepower Ward!! The instructors are so powerful and really push us through intense classes. The studio does a great job of being clean, and being apart of SET, I get to see how many people work hard to maintain the studio. Once thing that can DEFINITELY be improved is the quality of the towels. A higher quality towel should be given, especially since people have to pay an extra fee for the towel. Other than the towel quality, it is all around a great experience and I recommend Corepower to everyone I meet!

AMAZING class. July 27th. Did not write down teacher's name, and can't find in searching July 27th 9:30 am HDT, Ward Studio YS class.

She was phenomenal. High energy, great motivated, packed, fun class.

I am a member in SF, Duboce Street, SF is my home studio, but loving my CPY when I travel, I discovered the Ward studio in Alo Moana, Ward Studio a few years back.
