The instructors were friendly and motivating. It was a great workout in a nice environment.
I really like how all the staff members are friendly and helpful. I especially love taking Amy's classes for YogaSculpt on Tuesday evenings! The class is really challenging yet enjoyable at the same time. I also love how its easy to attend a class and that you don't have to worry about ridiculous cancellation fees.
The program not only works on flexibility found in a lot of yoga programs but also works on building a well-rounded body that works on strength and balance.
I love the yoga sculpt classes there, those are the only classes I go to and they've become the best all over body workout for me, so much that I quit my gym. Also, a quick shot out to all the wonderful YS teachers there specifically; Sweeta, Tara and Monica!
Variety - lots of different type/level yoga classes which are available from early morning through late evening so it's easily to find what works best for you.
