I like the atmosphere created by the instructors, and the amenities offered in the locker room. I always feel welcome and I leave feeling like I have had a really hard, but also meaningful, workout.

Friendly staff, classes are easy to follow- but a seriously great workout and I always came away feeling totally refreshed and empowered. The classes are also not too long so it makes it much easier to find the time.

Instructors are consistently great, love that classes follow a somewhat predictable format but with consistently interesting, not boring flows that vary from class to class and instructor to instructor. Great changing rooms, showers, shop out front, etc

I love the sculpt yoga option-the most active yoga you could ever imagine and therefore my favorite!

I love the C2 , C1 and weights class. Instructors are thoughtful, give great adjustments and instruction.

Note: I do not particularly like the HPF class- the room was too hot, I barely made it through

I took the beginner yoga class and I thought it was very helpful. The teacher broke down each step by step. it was really helpful in learning and taking the next steps into my practice.
