i really enjoy the high energy of the instructors at sculpt. i recently had a class with cordy and she was amazing! super motivating :)
Classes are consistently challenging, but easy to follow. I always leave with a ton of energy and a feeling of strength. I've only experience one class where the music was too loud and the instructor stood in a far corner where no one on the other half could hear her.
I love the classes because of the variety, great music, and supportive instructors.

Easy to access-just show up! Makes it easy to fit into my uncertain schedule. The classes are also not crowded!! Very friendly and comfortable.

How good of a workout sculpt is and when the classes are switched up!
This was my first time at this studio, and it was bright and clean. I always love CPY's classes, and this teacher was great and helpful during check in. Plus, there's easy parking.

Open and honest environment
We loved Lindsay's yoga for runners class. We would be interested in an ongoing series of classes for runners.
