I liked how friendly the staff was with me having long hair and taking the time to do it right while clearly being under a fast paced Total Quality Management system that runs on an efficient time basis. The only thing I didn't like was how I forgot my stylists name so I could return and request her to cut my hair again (Shorter dark haired lady)
