The stylist was very friendly and informative when I asked questions. She was very knowlegable when it came to advise on how/ what steps to tale to trim my hair since it was my first time trimming it since I started growing them. Lastly, the product she recommended worked like a charm and really helped keep my hair groomed and free of fly-aways
