This might be up there for one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. It would have been best if the staff informed me more of what services were available prior to my haircut given it was my first ever visit, but overall it was great. My stylist, Erika, took care of me and I received the MVP for free because I am a GoodLife Fitness member. The MVP was awesome and I was bragging to my colleagues today at work. I will continue to go to SportsClip because of this positive experience and will definitely refer others. Keep up the good work.

It was very simple & easy service.
I DON'T like the automatic tip insertion option when you go to pay. I find that to be a pressure tactic that many businesses are doing now that is very irritating. I am going to start to avoid businesses that adopt this practice.

I like going there because the wait time is not long. The stylists are friendly and are attentive to your needs. They are professional and know hair. It's like a lube shop for your hair, in and out in about 15 minutes. Great service and products as well.
I am a senior and will only get my hair cut on Tuesdays or Wednesday because you offer a service that no one else does - I also get a massage!! That is wonderful!!

The staff!!!! It is all about the staff!!! They are more than courteous and wonderful people but they also do a wonderful job styling your hair!! Such a wonderful environment!!!
