I had a great experience at Sport Clips Regina, Saskatchewan! Jyoti did an amazing job with my haircut, showing both skill and attention to detail. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The atmosphere at Sport Clips was welcoming, and I appreciated the efficient service.
However, I did notice a small inconvenience—there was no clear sign or information about checking in upon entering the premises. As a result, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes before realizing the process. A simple sign board at the entrance could help improve the customer experience by making check-in smoother.
