Tutor actually knows the subject she is tutoring the student on. In 20 minutes he had grasped what had been eluding him.
Heidi was very perceptive and attentive to our student. Her assessment of his needs seems to be quite accurate. She demonstrated excellent follow through by requesting a copy of his textbook from the teacher so that she could prepare to assist with substantive tutoring tailored to the class assignments. All in all, Heidi did an impressive job. She appears to be well qualified, articulate, and very bright.

We really appreciate the individual attention each tutor provides the students and the updates after each session are invaluable for us to talk to our kids about what they've learned. Those reports are especially good for us to know your perspective since teenagers aren't exactly forthcoming!
