I LOVE the teachers, especially Roxy Crane. She is extremely intentional in her practice, has amazing music that motivates us to get moving and she corrects our form so we are getting the most out of our workout! She is the reason I keep coming back!!!

You sweat puddles, but you feel SO GOOD afterwards as well as accomplished. Mat and towel rental are also cheap if you don't have your own. It's a good facility location and everyone is super chill there. The classes are beginner friendly and all the instructors are AMAZING. I just want to be friends with them all. They genuinely care about your fitness and helping you reach your best. I love it!

Love the vibe at Henderson!

Really nice CP studio with a very friendly staff. Early morning classes do tend to have a significant number of early departures, including during final savasana. I get it that people need to get moving to get to work, but this is quite distracting, and something I've not experienced in other CP studios at the magnitude that it occurs at Henderson.

Everyone is excellent. Great facility, great staff and instructors. Keep doing what you're doing.

Laura R., Maggie M., and Morgan H. are absolutely incredible C2 instructors!! Absolutely obsessed with their classes! And Hana is a rockstar sculpt instructor!! To me, the instructors 100% make the classes - and you definitely have some winners!!

The location is very convenient for me and the parking lot has enough space for everyone. I loved the vibe and decor of the studio; it felt clean and modern. The staff was warm and welcoming upon entering the studio and very helpful as it was my first time visiting the studio. I was given a lock for a locker so I could safely store my things. Other than that, I did not use any of the amenities in the locker room but they looked clean. I had Mollie as my class instructor. She is such a sweet person and a great teacher. I loved the intention she set for the class and the sweet story that went along with it. The class itself was challenging and a nice workout. I will definitely be back for another class!
