I love the variety of classes and times that are offered. Although, I was hoping that there would be a 6 am yoga sculpt class offered soon. I have been very pleased with the instructors- especially Sara K's yoga sculpt classes. I have only been taking the classes for a few weeks and I can already see the results.

I really liked how friendly and inviting the instructor, Lauren B was. She was so nice and really took time to talk with all of the yogi's and kindly answered any questions that needed to be answered.

Beautiful studio! Excellent sculpt instructor (felt like I had a great workout and didnt get bored even though I have been doing this class for a year!) awesome soundtrack too!

The studio is close to my home. The teachers are very kind and will show modifications if needed.

V friendly staff. Beautiful facility. My only suggestion would be two levels of beginner. The current beginner level is too challenging for many people n somewhat discouraging. U may have people reluctant to return because of it. But I've enjoyed the classes n staff.

I enjoy that CPY has a more fitness "sweat" component to yoga and still maintains the spiritual aspects that draw me to yoga.

I love the convenience and all the instructors have been great. I am new to CorePower yoga but already feel very close to the studio in that I have connected with other members and feel a sense of community. Looking forward to the early morning classes
