Very friendly, encouraging staff
The class was instructive enough, but not annoying
This was my first time at the Sauganash Core Power location. The locker room was more spacious than most Core Power's, it was very clean, and Katie was an awesome yoga sculpt teacher!

I attended the Yoga Sculpt class with Ken J on Tuesday and felt amazing. He is truly a gifted and personable instructor. Also the Sauganash facility was very clean and parking was easy to find.
I love that even though I am a beginner the instructors and environment make me feel completely comfortable taking classes. The studio is beautiful and I love that you play music during the classes.
