John is a great instructor and he's the main reason why I come back to CPY Sauganash. His classes are always very compelling and I really like that he offers a variety of ways to deepen/modify a posture.
The instructors are well trained, the studio and locker rooms are very clean and the inventory for purchase is better than the suburban locations.

I have been to other core powers and by far this one is the cleanest! Core restore with ambrosia is the best on Sunday nights.
