the ladies do a great job cleaning, everything looks great after they finish. They work very hard to get things exceptionally clean.
I do have a couple of suggestions as far as training that might be helpful.
1. countertops - education about the types of countertops - granite and quartz are very hard and therefore don't scratch easily, but manmade countertops need special care. I have noticed scratches over the time that they have cleaned, just by dragging things around to clean, instead of carefully moving the objects. I will eventually have them buffed out and at that time I will want to be sure that they understand how easily my countertops can be scratched.
2. Being careful about pushing things back against the walls. Paint can be damaged easily by objects being pushed up against the wall.

The 'Maids' have always shown up when they said they would. It's a pleasure to come back after their cleaning and find a clean fresh home!
