I always feel very welcome. Everyone is always pleasant and are quick to acknowledge new customers. I am very picky with who cuts my hair, but I haven't had a bad cut from anyone there. Haley has cut my hair a couple times now and I have been very pleased, both times. Even with the COVID-19 restrictions, I was still very comfortable and felt safe. I highly recommend this establishment!!

Everything is entered into the computer so each stylist knows how I like things done and the MVP is a great touch. All staff Has been great so far. Today Hallee to did the best so far and had great pressure on the MVP part so I actually did the double this time.
The Team on Adelaide in London is great! They are always happy/friendly and are proud of the work they do. They make me feel welcomed and I appreciate the effort needed to clean up my mop. I can get my usual buzz cut and beard detail and the stylist already knows how I like it. I think it’s a cool touch to keep that history of past cuts; awww you remembered me (^u^)
