Great store and great staff! I had Bekah do my hair and she did a great job. She was also very friendly as were the other people working there that day. The online check-in is great too and ensures I don't have to wait for long periods of time when I get to the store. They have excellent hair products too which they're always happy to put in my hair for free. They also do free neck trims between haircuts as well to keep you looking sharp. They also keep track of the last haircut you got so it's easy for whoever does it next time if you want the same thing. I've been going to this store for just over a year now and have never had any problems with my haircuts or with any of the staff members. I'm glad I discovered them as now I don't have to bus to First Choice anymore and can just go to the corner nearby. Highly recommended.

A1 service ... I've experienced MORE than not that my stylists although 100% focused on giving me the beat possible service they can, but when I've tried to talk abt something that's happened in pretty big news situations that atheists haven't really known abt it or rather straight up say they only know what their BF has spoke abt but outside of that know very little unless it's a sport they follow (Like NHL or NBA - Sems thus far at least in my location NFL isn't a big deal....

All of that to give a POSITVE review just to end up saying they need more sports knowledge- I don't personally count it against the service or quality of stylist I was just impressed upon me via advertising that sports was number 1 but again the MOST IMPORTANT thing is the quality of service & knowledge from stylists abt how I want to have it cut & I have NEVER sat down for a style where the person doing my service hasn't had a potential idea to better serve the issues that are things I've know abt forever (I had a gf of 4 yrs that was a stylist() so that's more important than the ability to speak sports (There are 100's of topics that can be breached nit just sports)

Overall out of 10 I would give the overall experience from my point of view & across the multiple stylists I've had the pleasure of getting jy hair cut from that I rate overall a 8 from 10 which is great as I haven't had THAT positive if an experience since my last stylist stopped working.

The ONLY way to get to a 10 wld be to have more stylists on during peak times ... I don't really factor that in because I check-kn online and have no waiting time very often but there has been times even with a check-in done that the wait has been 15+minsnAFTER the time I was supposed to have service by - AGAIN not a major factor against the stylist or business just explaining why it's not a 9 or 10 out kf 10
