I liked the consistency between classes and instructors, and nice facility with locker room amenities. I can see why some people wouldn't like Core Power, as most of the spiritual and open "free" feeling is absent in this very corporate, Satrbucks-ish setting. However I come to yoga for a good workout and for an hour to clear my mind, so I loved it!

I like the abundance of classes, that the classes are heated, but not too hot, the environment is clean and professional, and the instructors have a great attitude.
