I LOVED the instructor, (Melissa?), she is an amazing yogi and led a very powerful class. The studio was clean and the showers were some of the cleanest I've seen in a CPY studio.
Phenomenal staff, great teachers, enjoyable environment and vibrant community. Only room for improvement would be keeping up facilities better. Guys locker room often has broken lockers, no working blow dryer, etc.
I love the flow of classes. I enjoy that classes are only one hour. It's hard to do longer during the work day. The music helps enjoy the class more! Also, the clothing options for purchase are fantastic!

I love that the instructors are so caring and friendly! Everyone is willing to help and push your harder to get to the next level, while still caring for your practice. I just transferred from a different yoga studio and the workout for sculpt is quite different. In my studio the workouts varied a lot more. There was different variety that added to the sculpt workouts and it was not as predictable as the sculpt classes that I have taken here. Nonetheless, I still love CPY and appreciate the different types of classes.

I love the Fremont location - the teachers are the strongest I've experienced at any corepower studio (comm ave Boston and lenox Atlanta)
The classes are challenging so I really enjoy them. It would be nice to have workshops that help improve certain poses.
