I was referred by my sister in Oakville. I'd never heard of this place before; the price was reasonable, so I gave it a try. The haircut was what I wanted, my son was very pleased. He hates getting his hair cut due to not knowing the outcome every time.
My 12-year-old son loved it, moving forward, this is that place for my son to go.
Accurate record keeping: stylist knew what had been done the previous time (length was too short at the nape) and could make the appropriate adjustment.
Also, it was Saturday and there were enough stylists on shift to handle the number of customers so we waited for literally two minutes.
Service is great and good line of products.
