The service was great; the ladies were awesome with our little boys.
Also - we purchased the Paul Mitchell combo product b/c my 8 year old loved the smell of the shampoo; I love both the shampoo and the conditioner/moisturizer....very satisfied customerSSS!

I really liked the massage and hot towel with tea tree oil
I loved that when I called them to ask for their services it felt like the woman on the phone was a pre recorded voice. It took me several seconds to realize that she was a real woman on the line. She was highly professional and cheerfull. When I went to the shop I was greeted by the same woman. She was wonderful. I was so happy with the services I referred to atleast 10 of my friends and even bought the tea tree shampoo and conditioner (big bottle). I am so happy with their services that I now say hello to them everytine I need to go to babies r us for my newborn with my wife.
