My son Ty loves the special treatment. He loves getting his hair washed and getting the massage on his neck and back.
The girl who cut my son's hair was knowledgeable and had a great personality.
It is a fun place for little boys and our hairdresser was very attentive and kind.

Very skilled and fun staff
The waiting process and how that is managed. I don't understand how guests get seen after they technically miss their turn. I understand the staff want to be nice to those previously on the list but if they are called and bot there, shouldn't they move back down on the list? It's a nice thing to do for those that sort of missed their turn but not so nice for those waiting. Thats all!
