Mike did a throrough inspection, even explaining to me terms I didn’t understand. He quickly noticed and took note of everything that needs to be repaired. He also cited federal requirements that mobile homes need I.e. relief valve and pan for the water heater. The report made was very detailed oriented and easy to understand. A+ work!

I was not expecting the level of detail and attention to safety that was provided. My home inspection was completed by Misha Markov and was worth every single penny! Every inch of the home was surveyed with highly trained eyes. Photos were taken to provide accurate documentation of all the areas of concern. Following the inspection, Misha was available to provide a real-time review of his findings and answer my questions. The finalized report is so well formatted with descriptions of all issues and the corresponding photos/videos. The home buying experience can be very stressful; Misha provided me with peace of mind. “Life is good” when you know that you’ve had a very thorough inspection by a company that has your best interests in mind.
