Sculpt, new format

not much i've really enjoyed it !!

The facility is great. And location is awesome, just a couple blocks from my office. I have consistently enjoyed all of the teachers at the old town studio -I've had at least 3 different teachers. I've already recommended this particular location to 2 friends!

Clean, friendly staff, convenient class times.

While the locker rooms are too small, the overall studio is very clean and welcoming.

The studio is well set up and very clean. Having two studios allows a lot of variation in the schedule which is great for people who like to "double dip" when they come in for classes. Although, the locker room is small, the way it is sectioned off allows it to not feel super cluttered, like the Gold Coast studio. Also, the staff is great, teachers are warm & welcoming, and the studio is fun to practice at! Overall, I believe this studio has been a wonderful addition to the CorePower Network.

I am new to yoga and have been taking Beginner C1 classes. I have really enjoyed learning to practice yoga at CPY because the instructors do a great job of helping students understand what they're doing- how it will affect their body and mind, and they are always careful to make sure that students are practicing in a way that won't lead to injury.

Hot yoga. I am a "senior" with arthritis and not very flexible. The heat really helps me stretch and get into poses I never thought I could do again. I feel younger!!

Great classes (as good or better than Gold Coast location), great facilities, great location.

The instructor, Emma, who was subbing for Greg for C2 at 5:45pm was awesome.

I loved the cleanliness of the studio and the size of the studio. The instructor was very friendly. I liked how hot the studio was - sometimes the hot yoga sculpt studio doesn't get that hot (depends on the teacher, class size, etc.), but I did like the heat in there.

Friendly staff, large clean studio...wide range of classes and apparel. I go to corepower studios all over the city, and Old Town is increasingly become my favorite location.

I love the studio space!!! The teachers have also been very friendly & knowledgable. I go for the sculpt classes :-)

Great studio and teachers have been great so far.

Nice facilities, teachers are lovely, consistent formats of practice - in other words, you know what you're getting into, but the variety of teachers is really nice.

I would love to suggest that you guys add weekday classes at 7am or 7:15! Several of the neighboring studios offer that option, so (selfishly) we'd love to add CorePower to our morning mix. 6:30 is a tiny bit early in the freezing winter!

I think it's a great location and the lobby and studios are very clean. They also have a great schedule that accommodates people who also go to the streeterville and Gold Coast locations.

It is a refreshingly different way to get a great workout and it feels great on the body.

I love the proximity to my apartment, the trainers, and the selection of classes
