The amenities are great, I liked the yoga practice room a lot (big fan of the heated floors!) and liked the overall layout of the place. Quality of teaching was absolutely great.

As someone who hasn't done yoga in a while I had a great experience in the class. I learned new ways to stretch and push myself. I was encouraged to take breaks as necessary and I was encouraged to use the blocks if I needed them (I needed them). Meanwhile the space is absolutely adorable and the instructor was fantastic.
