I would love more relaxing smells, like incense or essential oils. Sometimes full classes at the end of the day can get quite stinky!

I really enjoy Sara's 'C1 CorePower Yoga 1'. It is exactly what I would expect it. She is very precise in instruction and demo. Sara is a great instructor! The facility is great too.

This was a perfect class for me. I an not an expert but felt no pressure to perform better or faster. The flow was peaceful and soothing while stretching and working all the places.

Gabe is a phenomenal instructor. The class had great energy, fantastic music, and made me sweat! Look forward to doing it again.

Great classes and instructors and the location is terrific. Check-in staff is also very nice and the process is smooth. However, the men’s locker room needs more TLC. Between days it doesn’t look like the showers were washed out, the soap dispensers were not refilled and there were no little cups for the mouthwash, etc.
Also, most of the mats for rent smelled pretty funky and given that renting mats increased from $2 to $4, it would seem the CPY should invest in more new mats and certainly make sure they are clean.

The instructors are all great, friendly, and helpful when learning the poses. Every class / instructor is a good one!

The bathrooms however aren’t the cleanest, I try to avoid using the restroom when I go to the studio. There was a dead fly on the toilet seat the last time I had to use the restroom. The disinfectant wipes for the mats post workout are often empty after class too.

Nina is a great instructor! Love that she asks what we’d like to focus on and incorporates it into the future classes for us and gives feedback to help us.

Variety of classes. Keep HPF hot!

I love this studio! The instructors are great and the studio is well laid out. My ONLY complaint is that the rental yoga mats smell awful! It seems like they are not quite clean, or the cleaning supplies aren't great. It's been a few times over a few months, which makes me feel like it's a trend, not a one off thing!

I like the variety in each of the classes. I don’t like when teachers teach the same class every week.

It would be nice if they could always have wipes for our mats. Seems like more often than not, they are out.

Also, this is a come t for all Core Power classes, but we never are guided through any stretches at the end of yoga sculpt for our arms or chest—just our legs. A good portion of the class is won’t in our arms and it would be nice to have a little stretch for that as well.
