The quality of the classes and the facilities

I've been going to Old Town CPY since it opened. I absolutely love it. I really enjoy Ellie's sculpt class and C2 with Ludmila, Lisa and Joanna. The only negative comment is the size of the locker rooms. On busy nights it's impossible to get a cubby or locker space. Other than that, no complaints!

How clean the studio is and location

The instructors are very kind and compassionate, and truly care about the physical and emotional needs of their clients. The facilities are very clean and welcoming- its the perfect place to me to restart my yoga routine!

teachers are terrific; the only issue is too many students at the 530pm sculpt classes, exp Mon and Fri

Love instructors- everyone I have had a course with has been great. My only complaint is if the lighting isn't dimmed in studio 2 it's a little bright. Only one of my instructers failed to dim lights and this is really a personal preference.

Also- especially for the HPF, providing plastic bags for our gross clothes would be awesome. Yoga six does this.
