Please bring back 5:45am sculpt!!

I just really enjoyed the class overall. I thought all of the instructors did a great job and really enjoyed the section that Kendra went through with the harder poses that made me work a bit harder. Definitely planning to come back!

The instructor, Nicole, was very very good. Her music selection matched the pace of the class perfectly. She also took the time to truly help each individual student as they needed it. She was also very informative before and after the class.

London's class is AMAZING as always! I've been taking her class for many months now, and I love the intention she sets, the challenge, and types of poses she incorporates into each class. I've noticed a visible, positive change in my body, and mind, since I've started to flow at Core Power. Thanks Core Power Team for all that you do to fuel my soul!

Great! The teacher I had definitely change up the routine from my normal yoga sculpt; it was great but I was just getting over the flu so I feel as though I did not prosper in her class! Excited to try it again soon.

London is by far the best yoga teacher I have met over 15 years of yoga! She is also an incredible manager, creating an incredible community wherever she goes. Excited that she is starting to teach on Sundays. She's the reason I bought a 10-pack!

Energetic Staff, clean locker rooms, an abundance of class times.

The teachers were so kind! I hurt myself during class and the teachers were so helpful and sweet.

Gabe is one of the best instructors I've had. I normally take his class in Uptown, but tried a new studio.

The location is convenient to home and I was able to use core power while traveling for work in San Ramon, CA. The instructors at the Old Town location are friendly and provide excellent classes. The facilities are clean and well maintained.
