I always sweat, and hard. LOL. Instructors are very friendly. I feel like my body is changing. I am challenged in every work out. I'm new and I really appreciate the advice on poses. I want to be sure I'm practicing correctly. The facilities are clean. Only thing I wish, was two studios, more classes!!! Especially sculpt!

Love the Torrance studio. Managed well, great caring instructor's, nice showers. Appreciate the heat, allows for a deeper practice. Thanks George and all the wonderful amazing instructors for making this the best studio.

CPY Torrance always offers a great experience. Staff is genuine and welcoming. I do have my favorite instructors but all instructors are very knowledgeable and professional.

After being a Hot 8 member for 2 years I decided to try a free week with CP.
I immediately felt the difference with the lower temperature and was able to build strength with Sculpt, Strength X & flexibility w/CP 2. I love the instructors who are all so helpful.
I made the switch and feel stronger, and more flexible.

I love Corepower Yoga because all the staff , and instructors I’ve had classes with and encountered have always been kind and helpful with informing and guiding me with anything I might need help on! I love the classes and challenges it brings and the helpful accommodations if needed during a class , definitely would recommend and bring friends to try out Corepower Yoga :) !
