I love classes there.
I only have one complaint that some students brings essential oils and spray there and there and all mixed oil smells trigger my allergy. I know the benefit of essential oils but at least students shouldn’t bring inside of room to be consider for someone like me who have allergy.
The classes are amazing
Core power yoga is the best yoga studio that I have ever been to. The teachers are wonderful and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It is a peaceful and stress relieving environment that will make you feel good mind body and soul!

All instructors are great and friendly. They pay attention and support me as I am just a beginner. All classes offer are very good, especially for people who want to take care of their health. Believe it or not, I started loosing some fat. 🙏
