The instructor was very clear in her instruction. She spoke loud enough to hear over the music, sometimes I can't hear the instructors. She moved around the room so I could see her examples. Awesome yoga practice. I attended there while I was on a business trip in San Pedro.

The instructors are very friendly and I like how the movements are explained in class. I only started learning yoga when I signed up for this membership so the instructions are really helpful to me. I like the classes and hope there are more classes in the morning and evening when I go.
