I loved every class I tried!! Especially the yoga sculpt classes! They were a great mix of yoga stretches and cardio workouts. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Love the instructors! They are positive, encouraging, and so friendly. The studio is clean and very comfortable, complete with a men's and women's changing area with showers. A great place to grow in your yoga practice!

The teachers are great and I love the classes. The combo of yoga and core work makes it a great workout, no matter which class you choose. And with the addition of Core Restore, your week is well balanced.
