It’s a great workout. I love Robin Gallo’s classes! I’ve gone to corepower since 2005 and she is one of my most favorite instructors in the various studios I have attended.

I love my tribe. I always refer students to CPY. CPY has introduced me to the power of yoga through the classes, Teacher Trainings and the Bali retreat I went on. Prior to going top CPY, I had NO CLUE what Yoga was. Now I consider myself a yogi and value the classes offered at CPY -- Especially HPF. That's the best class available. :)

I love Robin Gallo's C2 class. That's why I come, besides the heat and the music. She has lots of wonderful variations on poses that I've never tried before that feel really good.

The teachers are excellent! I love the classes! My favorite is HPF!! It is so restoring. I like it better than core restore. Please put some earlier morningHPF classes on the schedule. I work so the times currently on the schedule can be difficult to attend.
