Mission Viejo IS my home Studio and "unfortunately" I have not been able to make it in to Mission as often as I'd like. There is something special about HPF in Room 1. It adds a very special "warmth" to my heart. :) I LOVE YOU ALL!! 10++ to you!!

But thank GOD CPY is all over as I have been also practicing in Woodbridge, Irvine, and Lake Forest. Its been fun to see old friends and teachers over there too!!!

I know my time is coming very soon where I'll be teaching. I am feeling the call. Thank you for ALL you do and your continual support.

Who cares if I mess up teaching! Yoga is FUN! I don't think I'll kill anyone -- but my inner critic. As I recently rediscovered "my Inner BFF" (at Camilla's Uplift Event last weekend) He is going to overpower that Inner critic with loving gratitude!

The instructor was great! I had an awesome workout and the studio was lovely.

I really enjoy the 9 a.m. weekday classes. It allows me to drop my kids off at school and go to yoga. I love Robin's classes. They are very challenging and she mixes up her flows.

I belong to two other gyms. I saved enough money to buy a 12 day pass. I’d like to do that again. Keep me posted.

Kayla routines are a killer (in a good way). She targets areas of your body that we normally don’t focus but build strength. I enjoy her class every time and I don’t know how she does it but she has different routines all the time targeting different parts of you body.

This center in Mission Viejo has some of the best yoga instructors, they are all so dedicated and caring!

I love classes with Kennedi, Robin, Danica, Kayla especially. I love Shawna's class but I was asked to take my phone out of the class because she said it was company policy and because people text or take calls in class. I have taken many classes over the last 2 years and have never been asked to take my phone out of class. Further, I have never used my phone in class or seen anyone else do that and thought her comment was inappropriate and I felt like I was in high school. She seemed to infer I would use my phone.

There are many reasons why someone may take their phone into class and I think Shawna should realize that.

Kayla was fantastic

Kayla is extremely awesome. The moves she incorporated worked out muscles in my shoulder and core that I haven’t ever felt before (and I’ve done a lot of yoga sculpt). And she kept the intensity up for pretty much the whole hour.
