The studio is fresh and clean, a place I enjoy coming to practice. The teachers are all different which helps me vary my yoga practice. That said, the instructors all maintain a level of respect and a tone of encouragement that creates a motivating environment in class.

I like the community and the people who come to the classes. I also like the facilities and how they are so clean. Most importantly I love the teachers and the classes I take and how I am constantly challenged.

Trainers are friendly and patient. Knowing who are the beginners and adjusting the pace of the class by the class level of proficiency.

Took a C1, class was great. The right temperature, not too crowded, and the teacher did a great job with her pacing and voicing. She skipped a couple poses at the very end, but that may have been on purpose to save time. I'll definitely go back.

I have only been to the two student sessions, but I thoroughly appreciate the welcoming environment, the teaching is excellent, and the facility is beautiful.

Love the sculpt classes and heated studio! Classes/instructors are consistently good and I always get a great workout.

The yoga classes were very engaging and challenging. The instructors (especially Jay) always encouraged students to push their limits a bit but offered ways to modify the exercises for less experienced or strong yoga students. The staff were ok with students leaving the classes briefly to get more water.

I love the instructors. Their individuality shines through in their practice, and is so inspiring. The environment is welcoming, and open. I felt comfortable the first time I went there. The products are ADORABLE. I wish they weren't so cute, I'm tempted to buy something every time I come in haha

I like the variety of classes, and I really appreciate that classes go into the evening too. It keeps my yoga practice interesting and accessible.

Clean facility, nice and friendly staff members. The provided mat and the studio (classroom) smelt a little but overall great place.

You got it right! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the studio is clean and beautiful, your merchandise is nicely displayed, the yoga space is heated but not oppressive (like Bikram), one hour is perfect, music is good, the practice is nicely organized.

Facility is very cleaned. Instructors are nice and professional.
