Everything!
Lots of class times throughout the entire day, class variety of sculpt C2 and restorative, ample showers and free garage parking. Kai is awesome and I really enjoy his class, I took a 4 year hiatus from yoga and am glad to be back.
The staff are amazing!! I haven't met a core power associate who did not brighten my day.

It was so inviting! I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the instructors were really cool. The only thing that I'd say should be addressed is more technique focus. I went to corepower with classpass for a while and I only just learned that I was extending my head too far back in upward facing dog. This caused me to get really bad headaches in class and I'd always ask my instructors after class and no one would know what to do beyond drinking more water. Now that I know, it's great & I just wish I'd known a lot sooner! Really like the studio though!
I like the yoga sculpt and yoga 2.0 wish the locations in Seattle would offer 3.0

I like that people focus on the customers, remembering their name and remembering them during yoga telling them they are doing a great job. Also, welcoming me back when I have been gone.

LOVED Core Power Yoga 1. The instructors were the sweetest, there was one instructor being trained and I really appreciated her help and kindness. This was my first time at this gym and it felt very welcoming. Both instructors gave us insight into which classes to take to build our yoga skills. I'll be back soon!
