I like the intense aerobic and cardiovascular workout, which is not what I had expected from a Yoga class. All the instructors I've taken classes from have been totally awesome, knowledgeable, helpful and just great people.

I like the amount of classes offered and varied times. I also like that the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Teacher is nice, not too crowded.

Great workout. Only slightest hesitation would be that for people who want a more spiritual yoga experience with readings or chanting, etc., I'd let them know this is more workout focused and has elements like cardio and core series and weights that aren't really traditional yoga

Everyone is so friendly and encouraging both in class and outside of it. It creates a wonderful, accepting community within the studio and is very appreciated.

I have loved corepower for years and it is so nice that I can now find studios easily with the app when I'm on the road traveling. The queen Anne studio was easy to get to and there was plenty of covered parking in the garage attached, which is a great perk.
