I like CorePower my yoga studio because the instructors and manager have been able to keep a friendly environment where they always welcome you with a smile. Also, the class schedules are really well put together and I always find a class when I need it.

I love how the classes I take have a sense and feel of ritual - they include many of the same poses, which is a comfort in its way, but the teachers are always mixing it up a little bit with something new to keep me engaged. I do love the teachers - they gently push the class to both improve ourselves and accept ourselves at the same time, which makes for an inspiring yet safe atmosphere for people like me who aren't regular yogis.
